25 Healthy Treats Kids and Adults Really Want to Eat

  1. Fresh Fruit Smoothies ( favorite fruit blended with skim milk or fruit juice)
  2. Creamy Spinach Dip (spinach, fat free cream cheese, and fat free sour cream. Serve with raw vegetables.)
  3. Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly (made just like a grilled cheese on wheat bread)
  4. Mini Pizza (pizza made on English muffins. Great time to sneak in vegetables!)
  5. Jello Slurps (fruit juice mixed with gelatin. Kids can cut into fun shapes.)
  6. Tuna Burgers (use water packed tuna instead of beef.)
  7. Homemade Applesauce (cooked apples with cinnamon and honey. Much healthier than processed applesauce.)

  20. Potato Skins (sliced potatoes (skin on), topped with low fat cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, and fat free sour cream.)
