Skip to your kitchen and create this buttery, garlicky shrimp scampi in just 10 minutes! The best thing about this dish is that it makes its own amazing sauce. Save all of the juices and buttery goodness from the pan and pour over pasta, rice, vegetables, or crusty bread. Napkins optional.

Ingredients
 2-3 lb shrimp, large or jumbo, peeled deveined, tail on
 Salt and pepper
 5 tbsp butter
 6-8 cloves garlic
 1 lemon, juiced
 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Preheat broiler.

Arrange shrimp in rows in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a sauté pan melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden brown, then pour over shrimp.

Place shrimp under broiler until shrimp is pink and firm to the touch, approximately 10-12 minutes.

Finish with squeeze of lemon and sprinkle with parsley.
